Tao Group Hospitality has introduced a partnership for a first-of-its-kind idea in London with new unbiased luxurious resort The BoTree. Tao Group Hospitality will oversee the entire meals and beverage retailers in the 199-room luxurious resort, together with LAVO Ristorante, which can make its London debut when The BoTree opens this summer time on the intersection of the prosperous Marylebone and Mayfair neighborhoods. One of London’s hottest openings of 2023, The BoTree is poised to determine a vibrant and stylish new hub in town’s West End, and the Tao Group Hospitality-operated venues will carry its model of culinary excellence and entertainment-led visitor experiences to the world.

LAVO Ristorante, The BoTree’s signature restaurant, will serve up coastal Italian fare. Having perfected their signature model and earned a following of celeb patrons in Los Angeles, LAVO Ristorante is about to please company at their new location with menu highlights together with their contemporary pasta made in-house; pizzas made with entire grain, single-source flour, the Tagliatelle al Limone created with marjoram, candy butter, kaluga caviar, the Meatball made with wagyu and topped with whipped ricotta, the Salt-Baked Sea Bass and extra. An impressed cocktail program and curated wine collections will full the eating expertise.

Noah Tepperberg, Co-CEO for Tao Group Hospitality, explains the choice to broaden the group’s premium way of life portfolio and produce LAVO Ristorante to London by way of a luxurious resort partnership: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with The BoTree on this new dining and entertainment concept and are excited to grow our London footprint with this addition to the West End’s fine dining scene when the hotel launches this summer.
